About us

Our objective is to get the visitor’s attention and create an interest in your property, and give them the desire to take the action to contact you. We do provide an excellent description of your property, its location, its features, amenities, and living options. We don’t go through an in-depth analysis describing every detail regarding your community. Less is more. We know the 50 and older visitor gets bored easily. Therefore, we give them enough information so that they don’t get bored, but will have questions and will contact you.

We went on line in October of 2003 and are always looking for ways to provide more to our visitors and clients by keeping up with the newest technology to have a convenient, easy to navigate site; one that’s easy for the visitor. All they have to do is pick their state (or country for international), pick their community category, then click “go”. It’s that easy. One of our newest features is that, when they pick their state and category, what they see next is a full map of the state, showing where we have communities within their category of interest. From there, they click the button on the geographic area and your property will appear.

Tracking

We track the number of clicks on our text ads, banners, buttons, and skyscrapers. Each advertiser will have a user name and password which will enable them to track daily/weekly/monthly/yearly visits to their ads via an online page.

Instant email leads – on the text ad page and on the premium page ad, there appears a one-click access to our “request information” form. Whenever a visitor completes this form, it is immediately emailed to the advertiser.

Also available to you is the opportunity to track where (geographically) your site visitors are located when they visit the site.

Return and view their “saved” communities without having to perform a new search.
Complete an information sheet one time and save that information for future visits.
Easily email items of interest to friends and family.
Enjoy the option of using different font sizes for easier reading.
Receive newsletters, special offers, and other marketing items.

A “Special Offers” section will be linked from the main menu on every page. This section itself will be comprised of links to .pdf files the advertisers provide describing their specials. When someone clicks on the link, the .pdf file and ad open.

Premium listing - designed so that by the time the user visits your website they are very interested in your property. Why can we say that? The first thing they see is a text ad with a short overview of your property. By clicking on your property name, or on the “request information” box, they will be taken to the premium ad page, which contains more opportunities for them to contact you :

a contact telephone number
a link to your web site
an information request form
a map of your community

The Premium listing includes:

Up to ten color photos of your property which can include
Embedded video from a selected video hosting service (i.e. YouTube)
Links to virtual tours
A narrative section on your community and area
A section on community and area amenities
A section on living options, which allows the visitor to view your existing for sale/for rent, model pricing, construction options/styles/models/upgrades, etc.

"Special Offers" section - $50 for up to 30 days. Must have regeneration page to be in a special offer page.
